Yoga Nidra: An ancient meditation practice

Yoga Nidra is an integrated deep rest experience for all. This time-honored practice teaches the participant howto blend profound relaxation with inner wisdom and bring it back to every moment of the waking state in all areas of your life. New Beginner Blossoms

New beginner 6-week series arrives on Monday, January 7 and Wednesday January 9. A 4-week series begins February 25 and runs to March 20.

Combine your positive intentions with committed yoga practice for 40 DAYS! Join a dedicated group at any level for this wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice and reap the benefits of yoga for body, mind and spirit, with details available at the studio.


Peaceful Healing

PEACEFUL, HEALING yoga is a special experience to nurture the body, mind and soul. In this restorative yoga class, we use all of our special props to soothe and restore us to balance. You will be guided and held in positions that gentle support you on all levels. You need to bring along your mat, bolster and blanket if you have one.
